FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How far in advance should I order my invitations?
Orders from the Collection take approximately 6 to 8 weeks depending on the production methods chosen and embellishments added. I recommend that you begin the order process as early as possible to ensure that your invitations are ready in plenty of time.
Can my order be rushed?
Yes, you may request that your order be rushed. Please contact me as soon as possible with your requested completion date. If your desired date is possible, an additional fee will be added to your total to accommodate the rush order.
How many invitation suites should I order?
I recommend ordering one per household (not one per guest!) plus 10-15 extra in case of last minute guests and for keepsakes. I recommend ordering at least 10 pieces more than what you need to make room for guest list changes and keepsakes.
Can I see my invitation before you send them to print?
After your information has been submitted, I will send you a digital proof of your suite with all text and calligraphy. Nothing will be printed until we have your approval.
What can I change during the revision?
Your order includes one round of minor revisions - you can make changes to the text and color, but not the calligraphy or artwork. Minor layout changes can also be made, as long as the integrity of the design is preserved. After the revision I will provide you with your final digital proof.
Will my suites arrive assembled?
If you ordered the calligraphy addressing or print addressing add-ons, you may opt to have us stuff and seal your envelopes. If you ordered the wax seal add-on with the wax seal on the outside of your envelopes, your suites will arrive assembled. Otherwise, my suites ship flat and will require stuffing into their envelopes.
Do you sell printable files?
At this time, I do not sell my designs as printable files.
Can I customize the collection a bit more ?
Absolutely! Any changes to the semi-custom collection that are beyond the options listed can be done for a fee. Please contact me to get a quote based on the level of customization you would like. Production time may increase by 2-3 weeks.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Errors in Prints of Production
Every order will come with one proof to approve before printing. It is client responsibility to proofread the proof. If there is an error with the wording that was approved by the client, the costs of reprinting must be covered by the client.
Errors in Envelope addressing
If the error is my mistake, I will rewrite the envelopes in need of correction and ship them at no cost. If the error is the client's mistake, our regular envelope calligraphy price plus a $10 set up fee will be charged, plus the cost of shipping.
Handmade paper is made by hand meaning there may be size, shape, thickness and color variations from piece to piece. We consider handmade paper imperfections to be a part of the paper's unique charm.
We strive to represent the colors shown on our website as accurately as possible, but we cannot guarantee that the printed color will look exactly like the screen color. Also colors may vary from screen to screen.
Calligraphy Style Variances
Calligraphy is an art form and small variances in the appearance of the letterforms, spacing, and flourishing may occur.
Shipping costs will be included in your proposal. Please note that your order is shipped once this final invoice is paid.
Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
Due to the custom nature of your order, I do not give refunds nor do I accept cancellations or exchanges.
All artwork, images and designs used during the proofing process are the sole property and copyright of Wildflowers Calligraphy. These designs, images and artworks may not be used for personal use, reproduction, the creation of derivative works or any other purpose.
