I am really happy to show you some of the amazing photos taken at the wedding of Jacinte & Hal last June. The bride and groom are Canadian and Australian born and they decided to get married in Florence! Not only that, Jacinte and Hal opted for the most elegant and luxurious villas in Florence, Villa Cora.
The color palette that was chosen by the talented stylists, Laura and Viviana, is absolutely gorgeous. These shades of blues, gold and yellows make my heart skip a bit! It is not the conventional Tuscan palette of green and grey and that shows how the touch of a professional can really make your wedding stand out and be unique.
The common thread of the entire wedding was the pairing of antique/ornate and modern/cool as you can also see in the stationery design: a contemporary design for the invitation program and menu was juxtaposed with timeless handmade calligraphy elements for the escort cards, favor tags and table numbers.
The ceremony was held in the villa’s gardens under an arch of greenery. For the seating plan I created handwritten escort cards with the names of guests and their table number so that they could easily find their place: the combination of blue and white is definitely one of my favorites and the way the cards were displayed was absolutely perfect and fits marvellously with the setting.
